Not only was the year NOT successful, And touch ups are needed, the technician I saw is no longer there, and they now want $800 per touch up! Kim, who is the manager, told me she has no doubt that I was told the lower price, which is why the tech is no longer there, but they will not honor the price. I tried to negotiate to the halfway point if $400, but they wouldn't budge. I am completely disgusted by the fact that although they will acknowledge they had an employee who falsely represented them, they will not honor my contract, nor attempt to compromise.

It did not come so called Wells where it comes from and no order had been submitted. I called and spoke to Ilene and she said she had faxed the order in and she would take care of it...Another five days goes by and no medicine in the mail. I call Wells again to be informed no order had been submitted. So now more than a week without my medicine and it will be 10 plus days now before I can get my injections. This has been a horrible experience. I would like to add one more thing here. On my visit I took my trained service dog along and was told by the lady in the office I could not bring him to my visits in the future. I have lost 75% of my pelvic muscle and its important that I have my dog with me.
