This has been a very negative experience from the beginning. The PA was wonderful and called in a…read morescript for me for injections. Once I received them there were no instructions or additional supplies which caused me to inject myself with the wrong dose for more than 10 days at which time there seemed to be too much medicine left so I called the office and the PA called me back and said she was sorry and explained to me the correct dosage. She stated she would make sure this did not happen to future clients. I need to call in monthly to their office and pay for this so they can order my next script. It did not come so called Wells where it comes from and no order had been submitted. I called and spoke to Ilene and she said she had faxed the order in and she would take care of it...Another five days goes by and no medicine in the mail. I call Wells again to be informed no order had been submitted. So now more than a week without my medicine and it will be 10 plus days now before I can get my injections. This has been a horrible experience. I would like to add one more thing here. On my visit I took my trained service dog along and was told by the lady in the office I could not bring him to my visits in the future. I have lost 75% of my pelvic muscle and its important that I have my dog with me.

When I brought it to their attention, because I booked with them for them to check the incision site the next day after the ER visit- they asked if I had been drinking when they inserted the pellet. While I understand drinking (alcohol) would thin your blood, I had not been drinking. I found it grossly negligent as a trainer inserted the pellet. And despite being numbed I felt pain, which they knew during my visit. The assisting nurse numbed me more, but the ER said an arterial vein was clipped and that was the cause for the bleeding. No apology, no trying to make it right. They just tried to turn it around on something I did. It didn't feel good. I pay a lot of money for HrT. I am not looking to have to go to the ER to fix something I pay for out of pocket! I am not a drinker. I did nothing. Took it easy, in fact had been laying on my couch watching TV, when I got up, there was a massive amount ( ring about 4-5 inches in diameter that I bleed through on my couch, much less my underwear and pants. I did nothing feel it until the air hit the area, and this was about 7 hours later. I will not be giving my money here again. It wasn't that it happened as much as the response when I asked them to check the incision site the next day. No empathy or compassion for something they did, which does not work for me.
