The physical site is gorgeous, parking is nearby (not free though) and it's metro accessible. It's clean, the staff are friendly and professional and they have an in-house lab which saves a trip to Lab Corp. Additionally, they now offer mental health services which is a nice bonus. If you need a prescription called in to your local pharmacy, you can request via their app or website. If you have a non-urgent issue and need advice, you can message a nurse or doctor for help. If you have an urgent (non-emergency) issue, you can usually get an appointment relatively quickly; scheduling through the app is very easy. The user interface is easy to navigate. Also, the staff don't try to "upsell" you in any way or pressure you to get an unnecessary vaccine or test. In closing, I highly recommend OneMedical. It's worth the annual fee (which isn't that pricey IMHO). There are locations throughout the country - and the network of providers at every location is superb.

The location was also very convenient for me. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Parking: there's a paid parking, but there is also a lot of street parking. If you go there between school hours, it might be a little difficult to find really close street parking because some areas are limited to 15 minute parking during school hours. Appointment: They seemed very organized and on schedule....or I might have just scheduled my appointment when the office was slow. The receptionist was really nice and a pro at multi-tasking. I was impressed. The doctor I met with was really nice and friendly. They had prepared a folder with information for the country I was going to, and she walked me through all of the vaccines, pills, etc. out there and answered all of my questions...even twice, since I'm terrible at medical terminology. She didn't push any vaccines or pills on me, and she was very open with the pricing and her experience with trying to get my insurance to cover some of the shots. I highly recommend this place to others, and I'd go back....after 10 years when these vaccines start to wear off! =)

I ended up canceling because I was able to find a location that would take my insurance for the immunizations (this is why they get 4 stars instead of 5).... I don't understand why doctors practices don't take any insurance for the shots when they take it for their main practice (even GW Hospital doesn't take insurance for travel or other immunization shots). FYI for those looking for travel inoculations: Consultation Fee: $40 (injection) typhoid: $75 Tdap (tetanus): $75 Yellow Fever: $125 No prescription fee for them to fill out a script for an anti-malaria (yes, there are some clinics out there that charge a prescrip-fee!)

I researched a handful of physicians and was impressed with the reviews I discovered concerning Dr. Condrell. I weighed the few suggested drawbacks against the abundance of positive remarks, and decided to give him an opportunity. I contacted his office that Monday and was given an appointment the following afternoon. I will admit, I was apprehensive about how quickly I was able to get an appointment as a new patient. In my experiences, this is not a great sign of the physician's competency. I was sorely mistaken. Dr. Condrell sat with me in his office, listened intently to my healthcare history, asked relevant questions, and purposed the consideration of alternative options. I am rather objective and critical of medical professionals. It was pure luck that I was able to get the appointment so quickly. In this case, I was treated like a person rather than a patient the doctor had to deal with. Dr. Condrell is understanding and empathetic to the situations/difficulties his patients are experiencing. He appeared well versed in current medical trends and shifts. Nonetheless, he also comprehends the fact that science does not explain everything. Hands down; if you need a good doctor who is upfront and understands the need for personal medical care, rather than a 15 minute slot, give the doctor a call.

She's blunt and straightforward, as I feel a doctor should be. But, she completely makes me feel comfortable, and she is very down to earth. Today I got a completely random email from them about my appointment for tonight... in Georgia. I LIVE and am currently IN Arlington VA. I called the Arlington location around 1pm today to try and get some information before possibly booking a visit. On the call I gave the receptionist my information so she could look up my history/account but I never booked anything because they couldn't provide the service I needed at that location (x-ray). And then a few hours later I am booked for an appointment in Georgia? I don't know what's going on with them but beware they are extremely shady. Also, a couple years ago they charged me almost $400 for a specialist visit when I literally just walked into the clinic for a basic injury and saw the first doctor available. I got a bill from my insurance months later demanding the remaining balance for the alleged specialist consultation (not covered) that never happened. That was such an unbelievable headache to resolve. I think this is a thinly veiled criminal enterprise.
