He was with a patient and I could hear them talking( HIPAA violation). This poor guy must've had a gallon Ziploc bag full of drugs because everything they were saying. I heard the doctor say he was gonna give this, and increase that. Blah blah blah. Anyway, I was waiting for a lot longer than usual because this guy was a money maker. Finally doctor comes in to see me he sees. I don't take any drugs whatsoever and well you're fine. See you later. Also I just got bad vibes from him and one of his nurses. I'm not trying to bad enough. I think people should be aware but there's other people that aren't so happy with him. I don't usually give bad reviews for doctors, but I worked in the medical field. I was a radiology and CT tech so I'm not just coming from no experience. I'm glad others like him, but we all have to be comfortable with our doctor. I'm just giving my side of it.

I had been experiencing pain in right knee and having trouble bending walking and sleeping without pain. My meniscus had several tears and had just worn out over time. He assured me it would be quite simple to repair an in and out process and it was. I had surgery yesterday and today I feel great and most importantly there is no pain I'm able to function normally and my bandage comes off tomorrow. My PCP referred me to Pinnacle Pain Management but after waiting a week and a half and two unreturned phone calls later I decided to drop into their office and check if they had received the referral. The receptionist was one of the most unpleasant I've had the displeasure of ever dealing with and I've asked my PCP to refer me to another clinic. Hopefully they won't be as smug and arrogant as this one. Doc, you just lost a customer!

I thought a concierge service would be a good option, so completed all the forms online and was notified via email that I was approved as a client, and to contact the office to schedule my appointment. Since I was in town the following week, I left a voicemail to request an appointment that following week. I received a voicemail back sometime later advising that they can't set up that appointment until June (it's early April at this point, mind you). Well, to me that's not a concierge service, so I emailed to advise that I was not interested in proceeding with the service/process, and to please cancel my application and also confirm that I would be refunded for any charges. Crickets. I resent the email two days later, and five days after THAT someone from their office (unsigned email) advised that I can call Jan to confirm the service was canceled. I replied to request they simply confirm the cancelation via email, and Jan did so a day later. In my experience, every interaction with the front office was painful. It seems as though they have no processes at all and there's just constant 'dropping the ball'. In the defense of the doctor himself, he WAS immediately responsive when I did loop him in on my emailed cancelation request, but the rest of the team doesn't live up to that or what's written on their website. This doctor may be fine, but the staff are a letdown and I'm now looking for another PCP!

I had medical records transferred from my prior Dr.'s in California and awaited my appointment. Leading up to the day I never received a confirmation call, a call about blood work or any communication. I had a feeling something was not right. And then at 7:30am the morning of my appointment the office called me saying that the Dr. was not going to be in that day and they had to cancel and would call me back to reschedule. And here it is almost a month later and I have yet to get a call. I was talking to my friend who referred me and she actually went to her appointment the day before mine only to find that the office door was locked!! And nobody called her. The Dr.'s may be great but an office that is so mis-managed and doesn't care that people need care is unacceptable. Now I am well over my one year physical and have to go back to finding another physician. TrueMedicine - either shut your doors in this location or be attentive to your patients.
