With supply being low for in-stock mountain bikes, the manager John had ours shipped over from Green Bay, assembled, and ready for pick up by noon the next day:) Today, I was rebuilding an older tricycle from when my kids were young and absolutely could not re-seat the tires on the rims (small 2.5x4 tubes) and the manager John, was able to get them on in no time and did an awesome job and really made my day. I'm a very satisfied customer and will be going here for all my future biking needs. Thank you John!

I told him, and he showed me a too small Giant Roam, but promptly said he had the exact model in a larger size downstairs. Answered my questions without any pressure. I would like to send a shout out to one of your sales reps. Eric Waklee from the Rib Mountain store was simply amazing to work with. I was looking for a specific piece of exercise equipment and contacted 2nd Wind via your website. I did not want to be bombarded by telephone calls and the typical sales pitch. Eric respected this wish and the majority of the sale was completed on-line through the exchange of emails. This showed the Eric actually read my request and respected my wishes. The entire process was smooth and quite expediated. When I showed up to the sales room, paper work was completed and all I had to do was sign where needed. Again, I cannot say how much I appreciated the smoothness of efficacy of this transaction. I will return to 2nd Wind because of the way I was respected and treated by Eric. Thank you again.
