For myself, I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak. It came with the standard thin shaved rib eye grilled in a hoagie roll with mushroom, onion and provolone. Though I wouldn't mistake it for one of Geno's or Pat's of Philadelphia and Cheez Wiz option, it was a really delicious cheesesteak and done in the Philly tradition. I'd also say for $9 along with some friendly smiling service, a pretty good food deal. So for a food truck and as food from food trucks go, it has my Four Stars.

However, once you step inside the bus, you're amazed by the way the inside is decorated - with a full couch, uniquely designed lighting, some zany pieces of art, and of course, a full coffee bar in the back. Finally, the coffee was really good as well, and the barista was very sweet and personable in addition. I also liked how they offered a punch card, where if you purchase nine (9) cups of coffee, you can get the tenth (10th) cup free. In sum, Hendrix the Bus is a great idea with the substance to match the ambition, and I'd recommend that anybody stop in when they get the chance!

Drizzled with Ono sauce and served in a lightly fried corn tortilla. That was also amazing. It was the best taco I've ever had, no joke. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We moved from Michigan and haven't been able to find a good Coney dog in South Carolina, so my husband was estatic to see Coney dogs on the menu. We ordered two coney dogs, two jumbo dogs, one kids meal, and nachos for our group of 5. After placing our order, we were just kind of left to wait. I wasn't given a total, asked to pay, told it would be up in X minutes, etc... I thought that the person working was kind, but not very communicative. When our order was finally ready (about 10 minutes later), everything was passed out in open containers one by one. It was hard to carry so much by myself and I had to ask for something to put it in. I thought it common sense to see a person, alone, with 8 items wouldn't be able to carry 8 food items that were in no packaging. She just kept handing me things while she looked for a styrofoam box (like a to go box) and I had to leave my food on the ground to take the box from her. It seemed like the truck was unprepared for "to go orders". No bags, no containers with lids, etc. Not even a table to set food on while organizing. This was the most disappointing part of using this food truck and the reason I'm removing one star. The food itself was alright but not spectacular. The Coney dog was extremely disappointing. It is not a good Coney dog and our search for an authentic style Coney dog will continue. Their chili for the Coney dog was more sweet and tasted like BBQ sauce more than it did chili. My hot dog was missing toppings, even though she said the correct toppings when she read it back to me. For the price, I expected better order accuracy and was hoping for a more authentic style Coney dog. This is the reason that I removed another star. As someone who's been in the food service industry since I was 15, I know that this is the least efficient way to be getting orders done. Main problem was he was not only rude, but touching MONEY with the same gloves that he used to prepare/cook food. I watched him pull his wallet out, put money in there, put it back in his pocket, and pulled his pants up from his butt with the same gloved hand. Right after that did scooped the customers fries into the container and gave it to them. Thankful I was just getting a coke. Disgusting, the bare minimum is changing ur gloves.

I am not completely sure but they cook it all fresh which I can appreciate. They serve their dishes in a cone which is so cute and it's a pretty massive serving size. There were fries, bacon, shrimp, a half lobster tail, or maybe it was small I couldn't really figure it out, and a seafood sauce. I believe she called it the soft shell sauce. Anywho, I wasn't expecting much because the last food truck I decided to pull over and try I ended up being disappointed. But I tasted the fried shrimp first and baby!! It was so much flavor!
