We had such a wonderful experience with our daughter's one-month family photo session! The…read morephotographer was able to work with our big family and deliver high quality photos very quickly as she promised. Really impressive. The final photos exceeded our expectations--they are beautiful, natural, and truly captured this special milestone for our family. We will cherish these photos for years to come and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for newborn or family photography. Thank you for helping us preserve these precious memories!

We have gotten the dogs Christmas photos for multiple years and in multiple places. For the last…read morethree years we're worked with Julie. Each time Julie had gotten us great photos. It's been fun and painless. Think about what it takes to get 5 pups to stay still and pose for a photo! Julie does it and makes it look easy. This year Covid closed down the usual location. We then contacted Julie and, not surprisingly, found she was prepared to meet quarantine precautions and to take the photos. The only challenge was needing a Santa, but she had a newly cleaned costume and as I was going to be there... Julie set us up, posed the dogs, got their attention and took the photos. We reviewed the photos while there. A few days later we were able to review the proofs, download and pay for the ones we wanted. Another year and another great photo.

Julie has taken pictures at our daughter's birthday parties the past three years, and we look…read moreforward to having her come back every year. She's so warm, friendly, and personable that she feels like part of the family now. It would feel wrong not to have her there! The great thing about Julie is that she doesn't push her idea of what would make a good shoot on you. She lets you be you and captures the moments, natural and unposed. She has a great feel for what makes a good picture, and she'll always load you down with tons of great shots to pick from after she's done. Her camera work is impeccable, and I love the options she offers for preserving the special moments she captures, like the photo books she offers. We picked Julie after having a bad experience with another photographer for our daughter's first birthday. That photographer insisted in posing us according to her vision, with the result that we all felt stiff, unnatural, and pressured. It didn't help that the first photographer insisted on having us wear clothes we were uncomfortable in and made insensitive comments about our weight and appearance. I wondered if all professional photographers were like that, which made me approach Julie with some trepidation. But she turned out to be the complete opposite of what we had that first year. She made us feel relaxed and happy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better photographer. She's great at what she does, and she's a terrific person to boot. I recommend her 100 percent.

We love all of the photos she took and have used them for holiday cards and photo books. Momo is not only a talented photographer, she is also warm and friendly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable during the photo session, which can sometimes be tricky with little kids. She is also in tune with the location and the lighting to make sure the photos turn out beautifully. I highly recommend booking a session with Momo, we will definitely be back for more photos with her.

My wife and I needed a photographer for her maternity photo shoot so we reached out to Jess. She…read morewas affordable and flexible with our difficult schedule so we went for it. It was clear from the beginning we made the right choice. Jess wasn't interested in tacky or staged shots. She wanted to capture those little moments that make our family what it is. She used her authenticity to encourage us to just be, and, in the midst of toddler craziness and active parenting, caught those moments of tenderness that define who we are. We loved Jess's approach and results so much we asked her to do our newborn photos as well. It was a tender time as we had just left the hospital, but Jess was unobtrusive and efficient. Not only that but she created some truly beautiful photos. Somehow the photos are both artistic and grounded. They're tender and rich. They feel timeless without feeling false. We could not have been happier with her work and would ask her again, and recommend her to others, in a heart beat.

Update: Tina the owner and photographer reached out to me…read moreabout my review. She didn't realized my disappointment and she wanted to know what it would take to make things better. We spent a few days going back and forth discussing what went wrong with my color selections. In the end she edited the 2 white background photos to the grey color I preferred and she edited grey from all the others as well. Unfortunately it's been well over 2 years so the extra pics I wanted to go through have been long deleted but she offered to refund me for the extra prints I had paid for which I think is very fair.

You deserve every bit of love, appreciation and credit for capturing my niece's beauty. My family swooned over the photos, and my sister especially appreciated how great you were to them both back in May. Before my sister gave birth back in May, she brought up the idea of having newborn photos done for her firstborn. Of course I scouted Yelp's pages thanks to other trustworthy Yelpers, Christina Mae was a top result. It also helped that she had an Instagram page, which solidified her as a top contender to reach out to. It honestly came down to communication - Tina was the most personable to correspond with, which is hard through email (I was arranging this gift from Vegas). The ease of payment was also very much appreciated (via PayPal) with the option to add more later, and her website's info on a variety of packages and prices was transparent. The same week my niece was born, my sister was able to contact Tina and schedule the newborn photo sessions within several days. Awesome flexibility. I distinctly remember my sister telling me how calming the setting was when she went for the photos, and she was definitely appreciative of that atmosphere considering how hectic things were for her beforehand. Within 1-2 weeks, my sister gets an electronic photo album to select her favorites from to purchase prints or downloads. We obviously loved all the photos she took! The quality of the photos were amazing! She captured my niece's sassy princess attitude that's been developing since then XD LOL. I should also note that our parents made my sister purchase additional photos outside of the initial gifted package amount. It's the excitement of my niece and the testament to the quality of Tina's work.

I was thrilled with Catara and her assistant (her husband) as our wedding photographers, they made…read moreme feel extremely comfortable before and during the wedding day. Catara traveled to PA for our wedding, and kept in contact with us prior to the day, outlining the day and making sure she knew exactly what pictures we wanted and the style of photos that we were looking for. Catara has a great eye for setting up shots so that they're not too "formal", but more of a photo jounalistic style. Her husband was with my fiance & his groomsmen during the day, and Catara was with me, so it was great to see the pictures of my husband and groomsmen getting ready. Catara and her husband were very easy going, and during the "formal" pictures, she had great ideas for poses and settings. She also made us laugh during these pictures, which made for some wonderful shots. She kept us on track and reminded me after some of the family photos to make sure that we had some special shots of just my husband and I. We had enough time to enjoy ourselves and not feel rushed, so I was pleased that she kept her eye on the clock and reminded me to take that time for those pictures. Catara also made my children (ages 3 & 8) feel extremely comfortable. She took some wonderful shots of my 3 year old blowing bubbles as he & I waited in the bride's room, he didn't even realize that his picture was being taken and he was just enjoying himself. Catara was always professional while being very calm & never rushing any of the photos. The wedding photos turned out beautifully! Catara was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

I found her through a FB page after reaching out to a few other doulas and Suzanne was by far the best match, oozing a warmth and loving nature that resonated with me. Not only is Suzanne an amazing soul but she's also insanely knowledgeable about so many things pre and post partum. She helped me navigate almost too many things to list, a breech baby, switching to a provider that was genuinely supportive of my desire to have a vbac, an ECV (it didn't work the first time with my breech daughter and I'm convince Suzanne guiding me through the breathing was the reason he flipped this time in addition to a great provider! But Suzanne's help made it possible for me to really relax and let my bub move along with the doctor's hands.), an unmedicated VBAC and more. A huge bonus is she somehow also managed to capture pictures during the birth while staying at my side the whole time. If you're looking for a doula team, look no further than Suzanne and her team.

We are so glad to have hired Suzanne to be part of our birth journey. Suzanne came recommended from…read morea friend who also hired her. Suzanne is friendly and shared a wealth of knowledge ahead of the birth that was very helpful. She had my wife start hand expressing breastmilk and trying out the pumps ahead of the birth which really helped with the milk coming in post partum. My wife had a long and complicated labor - 55 hours of total labor including over 4 hours of pushing. Initially we texted Suzanne to let her know about the labor and she checked in with us every couple of hours. As the labor dragged on she asked to come over that's when we really got to see Suzanne's magic and expertise in action. She was really helpful in finding ways to help my wife relieve pain such as using our bathroom and bringing over a TENS device to reduce pain. At the hospital, Suzanne guided us through options that the doctor / nurse presented us and we observed her push back when appropriate. Watching her push back on the medical team was important later in our labor as my wife and I were empowered to push back on the OB when the OB suggested using forceps. We pushed back on the doctor to give us more time. Our labor was taking a long time because baby was nose up and was coming down crooked. Suzanne was key in positioning my wife in an all fours position that rotated the baby nose down so that she could make it further down the birth canal to a point where the OB could use a vacuum assist instead of forceps - a much safer procedure. I truly believe that without Suzanne, my wife would have ended up with a C-section but we were ultimately able to avoid it because of Suzanne's expertise. After the birth, Suzanne's lactation consultation was also very helpful and the photos she captured during labor were magical. Momma and baby are doing great and we are so grateful for Suzanne.
