Some friend of mine suggest me to do my Maternity Photo-shoot there,I went when I was about 5…read moremonths old pregnant and I spoke with the owner, the photographer: Checa. She told me not to be worried, and she wrote in a white paper different packages. I loved because she gave me options with different prices. I made the appointment for the time she suggested me and then the day of the photos there was a lady who didn't stop talking, totally annoying , trying to sell me whichever package with no choices at all, and every time I asked for something she interrupt me saying: "That is not popular", "Nobody ask for that in these days". Then, because I was already 32 weeks pregnant with my hair done and tired because of the pregnancy I took any package of the only three she gave me and she continue pushing me to try me to get a more expensive one, this time she said in spanish all the time obviously: " Take the other more expensive, it is just 100 dollars more, it is not that much money", definitely no translation for the kinds of very rude and unprofessional things she had told me. I was so mad that I ask ti talk with Checa who didn't care about what I told her she wrote for me. She invented that the lab has different prices every time. So I took one package of 6 pictures which before she said it would be 10 but whatever. I waited, now I have my pictures, they are nice but I did not do any of the studio ideas, I went there with my own photo ideas, she just took the pictures and print them for me. I have to say that at least I like the pictures, Checa was nice after the package discussion but I believe she should be more disciplined with her employees because that lady: her name: Odalis turned the place into a Cuban Solar. Also they told me they would call me to letting me know when the pictures were ready and they didn't . Everything every time bad, totally a terrible experience. I don't really recommend the studio. This is U.S. A you can find many good options for that money or even less.

I would like to say that our experience so far in regards to dress shopping, selection, customer service, photography packages and ambience has been phenomenal. This is the first place we went to after a friends recommendation and although we did go look at others to compare, none compared to what Samaria offers and the shopping experience we had. We absolutely loved working with Studio Four 13. Cristina is a total professional who is talented,…read moredependable, and such a pleasure to work with. We live on the West Coast, and contacted Cristina for our son's first birthday party, which we planned in Miami to be near all of our friends and family. We had never met before, but we made all the arrangements via email with no problem. The day of the event, she showed up early and captured every beautiful moment of the big day. She doesn't feel like she's intruding with her camera, she just lets the moments happen and catches them one at a time. I love her vibrant photography and her photo style is uniquely her own. As if her photos (and turn around time) weren't amazing enough, her personality is one of her best qualities. In fact, one of my fondest memories of the day was shortly after my son stomped his foot in a pile of cake frosting. Cristina stayed with me to help wash his feet until all the icing was gone!
