Unfortunately I had to hire an attorney which is stressful in it's own way. David Parker from the…read morefirm represented me for my case. I literally sat back and let him take the reigns. He was more than knowledgeable about the law and the procedures of court. I can go on and on. I do recommend him. I also will always have his number saved in my phone. And yes. Every penny was worth it! All charges were dismissed! Beyond satisfied!

WARNING: UNACCEPTABLE PROCEDURAL FAILURES AND CASE DISMISSAL…read more I hired Catherine Ryan for a serious invasion of privacy case. The matter was handled on a contingency basis at the circuit court level, where it was dismissed, and I subsequently paid an additional $10,000 flat fee for the appeal. The Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed the complete dismissal of my case (Case No. CV-24-749) due to basic filing negligence.According to the arguments cited in the appellate ruling, 'Alexander failed to attach to his complaint the documentary evidence showing that the appellee had publicly disclosed private facts.' Furthermore, in the Appellant's Petition for Rehearing filed by my own counsel, it is admitted word-for-word that 'the exhibit of medical records that was submitted as part of the divorce proceedings was not attached to Alexander's Complaint.' Missing the absolute core evidence entirely defeated my lawsuit before it even started. When I demanded my complete client files, email correspondence, and mandatory financial ledgers after this final dismissal, the firm became aggressively defensive, combative, and actively delayed the electronic file transfer. Word-for-word response from Catherine Ryan: 'Hi Alexander, First, the $10,000 you paid is a flat fee for the appeal. The rule you are citing refers to refundable retainer payments, or other payments that are "client funds," which a flat fee payment is not. A copy of your contract is attached. When a case is billed hourly, which yours was not, we send out invoices. I do not believe that we keep copies of invoices that are sent out, but of course we keep financial records. In your case, those records show payment of the flat fee and then expenses relating to filing fees along with the payments you made for those fees pursuant to the contract, which I am happy to provide. Additionally, you are not correct in stating that you are entitled to attorney work product or internal notes. Please refer to Arkansas Rule of Professional Conduct 1.19, and the Amendment to that Rule Delivered on November 21, 2019. As I stated previously, your electronic file will be available next week. -Catherine Charging $10,000 to appeal a case that was already doomed by your own failure to attach the primary evidence is unconscionable. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM if you require diligent procedural filing, basic competence, or transparent client communication. Protect your money and your legal rights elsewhere.

WARNING HE WILL DELETE THIS. I have posted this on Social Media and will continue to post it in…read moreGoogle Reviews. Worst CH13 Attorney out there, DO NOT USE! The staff turnover is unbelievable, and while Greg is making excuse after excuse after excuse, you will be waiting for a response from an attorney that is probably no longer there. Then they will turn your case over to Greg and tell you how important your case is, it's a priority, it's on his desk to handle himself. Greg will handle your case alright and getting from point A to point B will take months, as he goes the longest route possible and promises you the whole time he has your best interest at heart. He won't return your phone calls, but he will write the longest emails to you with lots of excuses and BS in them. All we wanted to do was sell our house five years into our CH13, and he made a seemingly simple task into the most difficult case ever! Don't buy that he is doing this to help you, because he's charging you by the second even when they make mistakes or turnover more staff. His emails are ridiculously long and mostly pointless. When he finally did what we asked him to do and filed a Blanket Order so we could sell our house whenever we wanted t, he sent along a bill for $13,000+, and made sure to tell us he billed for services that were over five years old. Yes he gave us the excuses and told us that out of the kindness of his heart he heavily discounted our bill, but yet he didn't even send an itemized statement of charges. You will be responsible for all of his huge charges before your CH13 can be discharged, and he knows this which is why he quickly filed his bill with the Trustee before we could appeal it to him. Don't fall for his scam or charm, he is all about making your case as difficult as possible so that he can justify his charges. We would have been better off never filing for CH13 in the first place. Let the buyer beware about this guy, and I will continue to post horrible reviews for him whenever someone on Social Media asks for a Bankruptcy attorney recommendation. I urge you to do your research and keep searching before settling with Greg Niblock.

This is by far the worst attorney ever to do a social security case for. She was so un prepared…read morefor my court date, and just getting out of another one, 15 before my court time. Its a pandemic, so most court dates are being done over the phone, as with mines. She hadn't even called to brief me. And 30 minutes prior to my actual court time, I had to call her secretary to have her to call me; which she did 10 to 15 minutes before I had to actually be in court. She was so unprepared, she had no, absolutely no, paperwork or file on hand. She was talking fast and cutting me off. She did not give the judge my proper full diagnosis I had to cut in, to try and help myself. Mind you I waited a year and close to six months, to get a denial once again; because she did absolutely nothing to fight for my case. she sat on the phone and acted as if she didn't know me and wasn't on my side during court. I don't think she has any common sense and slightly book smart. So the judge gave us time to turn in medical records because she wasn't prepared. And the day the files were suppose to be sent the last day they were suppose to be at ssa, her secretary went on vacation, and noone knew if my files had reached her office. So I took it upon myself, to go to each doctor collecting my medical files one by one. Her reputation is so bad, that even the worker in medical records at UAMS; said that she always neglects her clients and she's had so many people come get their own files for her. For crying out loud what is the point in her being an attorney if she doesn't support her clients. She comes off as money hungry just there to catch the pay off your settlement. Smh I have so much more to say about her, but I won't exhaust anyone with a reading because I can write a book about her failure to do my case. I hope you get the point.
