I stumbled upon this place looking through approved acupuncturists that my health plan covers…read more I've been seeing Alexandra Dreyer, ND, LAc as my acupuncturist && in addition, started seeing Dr. Nate Lorenc as my chiropractor. The facility is beautiful inside and out. I have not had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen after getting check in as soon as I walk in. They are a little flexible with their appointments - I was scheduled to work one day I had an early appointment set && they had no problem changing my appointment to later in the day. So convenient. (Mind you, they do have a fee for cancelation within 24hours OR no shows, so idk if they always approve the switches on such short notice.) I would highly suggest ANYONE start going here for their alternative medical needs.

I didn't see the chiropractor on this visit just a massage with Kiera (not sure of the spelling) I like a firm, deep massage, focused on my problem areas not my whole body. She did not disappoint. She dug deep from the minute she started until it was over. I felt like I had a golf ball on the back of my head when I walked in. I feel amazing now. Made another appointment for next week. New favorite. Thank you!! Will update next week after I see the dr ------- 1/14 saw Dr. Matt today. He did a few tests to check RIM but with my current condition he was uber cautious without seeing my images. I really appreciated his approach. Worked a little on my neck muscles and used the activator. I really liked him. Especially compared to Tieszen who did none of the above. ------- 1/23 Massage by Becca today. WOW!!! New favorite. Perfect pressure and consistent start to end. She's been practicing massage for 18 years and 12 at this office. That speaks volumes. Thank you!

They billed my credit card in advance, and then also billed my insurance for the 100% covered visit, and never refunded my money. They are double dipping! Five months later, I am trying to get their billing dept to cooperate. Any doctors' office that forces you to prepay (despite insurance) and then to call them to get a refund should be avoided. UPDATE: Turns out the insurance company paid them 4 months ago, in May, $410. The actual cost of the preventative care visit was $145, still not refunded to me. No explanation why they charged my insurance the extra $265. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

They charged Medicare $165 for my adjustment & another $165 for "...outpatient visit with straightforward medical decision making." (not sure what that means-- but apparently it isn't a covered expense). Was that the charge for taking my BP & weighing me? As I said in my 1st review, when I was walking out of this place after my adjustment, receptionist called me back in to have "vitals taken." After less than 10 min time, in which my BP was taken & I was weighed by office staff NOT a doctor, I'm once again headed out exit when she informs me (and everyone else in waiting room) I needed to pay $75 for my "exam." Absolute BS. Notice on the Medicare statement, that there is no indication that I had already paid them $75 out of pocket. IMO, they are not only ridiculously expensive but may well be fraudsters. I pay $80 to an Atlas practioner in Reno, NV for an adjustment. He doesn't accept Medicare, and has never once charged me more to take my vitals. Ethics. Matter.
