I have been taking my clothes here for for 20 years and I used to be a very loyal client. As of late I find both the staff and customer service to be terrible (Albert St location). The staff are condescending, act like you are bothering them (dropping off or purchasing) and they are just plain rude!!! Rhodas used to be the only game in town, but recently several thrift/consignment shops have opened up in Regina. I expect, they will start to feel the impact of very soon. Clearly the owner is aware of the issues, given the other similar reviews - however, it continues to get worse - they just don't care. read more

Best consignment store I've ever been too. Great selection, friendly staff, good location. Everyone needs to check it out for themselves.

The staff especially at the South location are very rude. There are some ladies working at the East location that are quite rude also. They do have some good items from time to time. That's the only reason I go back. Today, I bought a couple of items, the girl running the cash register scanned them then threw them into a pile on the counter, told me my amount owed and seemed angry and huffy the whole time. Popped into Rhodas today and I got to say I downloaded this app just to Be able to place this review... The idea ofRhodas is great, However the customer service was absolutely just plain rude. From the moment I walked in the store to the very moment I left every second I spend communicating with the staff was awful. They don't respond to you when you ask them questions and they treat you literally like you're an ignorant moron. All I was doing was buying some thing and all this happened in that small amount of time. Dropped of valuable bags 400 leather roots bags and bcbg shoes Michael kors dresses brand new Eddie bauer dresses and they gave away to charity and refused my items the items were in good condition I didn't even wear the Eddie Bauer dress and they said my clothes were dirty the first time and then changed the story that there were pills on the fabric. The shop girls probably kept my roots bags and kept my valuables for themselves instead of selling them for me My advice don't waste money and buy used items they claim they have high quality items for sales but that's a joke. Nothing worn before will ever be in perfect condition as it were. You can get new clothng on sale if you shop wisely at brand name stores for even cheaper than you would pay at a used and abused store read more

Rhodas is a great store both to take your things for consignment and to shop at! I appreciate that they donate anything you take them that they don't find suitable to sell, I feel much better knowing that the clothing will not be ending up in the landfill. As far a clothing to purchase, I almost always find something I like and I've been shopping here since I was in highschool! Almost my entire work wardrobe is made up of items I've purchased here and I've picked up many last minute dresses from Rhodas for different special occasions/events. Took excellent used clothing and even some new, shoes worn once and i got the same remarks They said they dont take Ricki,s clothing. And i go a couple weeks later and they have lots of Ricki,s clothes and even some Joe Fresh (superstore). WTH?? Don't waste your time. Give it to charity or a needy family that you know! read more

I have shopped at Rhoda's for years and it's a time I so look forward to. One can spend a leisurely morning there, searching through the 1000s of quality articles on display and trying them on in the roomy dressing rooms provided. The prices are such that one can put together a complete outfit and more. When shopping for quality clothing at the best price, I'm off to Rhodas! read more
