Rhinegold garden centre is situated next to several other garden centres on the Loxley Road. It offers a large variety of plants and other gardening paraphernalia. There's a substantial inside section, with sections for gifts and cards, as well as an extensive range of food for birds and other garden creatures. Of particular note is the cafe, which offers home cooked food. They do a fabulous cooked breakfast, with toast and tea or coffee, for just £5. There's also a good range of cakes if you're still hungry after that! What a lovely garden centre. Lovely staff, lovely products and lovely atmosphere. There are loads of plants for inside and out and products to help you with your gardening. A beautifully set out garden centre with a wide range of products and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I must admit the key draw for our regular visits to Rhinegold is the cafe, with its range of well-priced meals and sinful homemade desserts. In the summer we sit outside to enjoy the idyllic landscaping and the many visitors to the birdfeeders; in the winter, we warm up by the log fire. Be sure to try a decadent cream tea or a slice of 'Bradfield Bliss' (rich chocolate cake made with Farmers Stout, a local beer). read more
