Instead it was withdrawal of funds to another account cashing the ira and then paying taxes. I had to pay a penalty as well for early withdrawal. This was done before I was able to understand what was happening. And I was then explained there was no going back. I spent 9 months on the phone with staff that didn't know what they were doing. It has only one drive-up window and you must be in a vehicle to use it. People are not allowed to walk up to the window. The teller was unbelievably incompetent. We waited behind only one vehicle for almost 20 minutes. Once we got to the window, we waited for another ten minutes as she was unable to process the deposit, we asked if her supervisor could help. Eventually a supervisor came and processed the deposit in a few seconds.
