NOPE - a day later Paul sent me a very detailed and customized reply, in which he offered SEVERAL MODES of being able to help me, and asking me to get back to him with "what would work best" for me. What?? AMAZING. No one *enjoys* paying taxes, and chances are that if you are asking for a history of all the taxes you paid to the town you are under some significant personal financial and/or legal duress... Paul's response significantly eased my stress, like, there are people out there who are going the extra mile to make a mundane and potentially painful interaction a shining example of amazing customer service. She then filed my taxes wrote the necessary letters and made the right phone calls. She spent hours and hours to make me feel special.
