After several calls and much conversation they came and investigated. Technician found it needed a part that would have to be ordered. Nearly 4 months later and still nothing. I guess she didn't like the fact that I purchased it somewhere else. Why bother being a "authorized" repair center if it matters where the customer bought it. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. In fact I'll go out of my way to dissuade people from purchasing here. I like to buy and support local businesses, but if this is what I have to deal with, forget it.

On Jan 2, 2026, I went shopping for used golf carts at the Easy Ride (Yamaha) Golf Cars in Mission,…read moreTX. I selected a 2023 Drive 2, 48-volt, electric model (which had a windshield and a center mounted rearview mirror) and paid the $2700 to have it scheduled for delivery to my home in Weslaco on Jan 6, 2026. At the time of delivery, we noticed the rearview mirror and windshield were both missing from the golf cart, but the fixtures and brackets that held them in place were still on the cart. I immediately tried contacting the manager at the Mission location. I ended up sending a text and leaving a voicemail - since the business rarely answers their phone. Since I did not get any response from them, I contacted their main office in Ball Ground, GA and sent a detailed email to the Manager. It has been 2 weeks and no response. Hence, I am posting this review and will also be filing a complaint with BBB locally. I went ahead and purchased the windshield and mirror from Amazon for $170 and had my neighbor in our RV park install it. I saved all documentation and names of individuals involved in this incident in case this goes to litigation.
