This year the service was absolutely substandard at best. The window trim and sills were not done, one window was missed entirely, and the screens are not clean. Then as I started to clean the inside of the windows, the screen on the window fell out and the clips were broken off. I did find one clip under a bed near the window and managed to get the screen back in. Some of the windows and the patio door also have water spots on the outside. It cost me $272.33 for a job I have ended up redoing myself!

I unexpectedly saw an ad for Lavoie Exteriors on line and sent a message on a Sunday afternoon, they called me that same day and we arranged a meeting the next day. I got an estimate that same evening which was very fair, and the work was started within a few days. I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous response, and thorough estimate. He repaired all the eaves very efficiently and it all looks brand new again! I also noticed that he very thoughtfully stepped beside my flowers, being sure not to damage them.
