Not only were they running a promotion, but they also use top-of-the-line XPEL PPF, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality. I ended up doing a full body matte PPF, along with XPEL tint on my front windshield and both front windows, plus a satin matte ceramic coating. I just picked up the car yesterday, and everything looks dialed in edges and corners are clean and properly finished. Alberto was solid throughout the whole process: transparent, easy to communicate with, and he delivered the car right on the timeline he promised. They even told me to come back in about 3 weeks for a free inspection and wash to make sure everything cures properly, which I really appreciated. Overall, great experience. You see, as parents of 2 toddlers, we need our privacy. Picking our noses, eating our boogers, and playing with our food in the car are very sensitive moments for us. And that's just for the adults!! ;) After getting the keys to our new minivan, we headed straight to Eighty8 Auto Customs, which prides its business on over a decade of auto expertise and military-level attention to detail. The owner, T, is a marine and combat veteran. He's honest, knowledgeable, helpful in recommendations, and extremely skilled in his craft. He shared the options for tint and after hearing his non-salesy, low-pressure spiel, we decided on the Llumar IRX tint. This was the flagship tint and maintains maximum cool temperature of the interior. Although it is the priciest tint, we decided that it was like investing in a Yeti cooler vs. and off-brand. Buy once, cry once!! The workmanship of the tint was incredible. Everything was hand-cut (vs. machine) for a truly customized install. The interior does feel much cooler than before and even though we opted for the darkest tint (5%), we could still clearly see from the inside out just as easily as before. I did some research and came across this place who wraps high end cars. Although I drive a Prius I knew this is exactly where I should go. The response time is super quick and the service was superb!! I had Rich work on my car and he was super informative! I dropped my car off in the afternoon and was able to pick it up the next day! An update to my review on 9/23/23…read more Rich and Gus responded to my complaint. We agreed on a date to do paint correction and reapplying the ceramic coating on my new Tesla Model 3. After 2 days the car looked excellent, swirls were gone and the red paint is vibrant. I really appreciate their quick response to remedy the situation and attention to detail.
