She is a very sweet dog but I just couldn't keep up with all of her hair. I was apprehensive but took her, yesterday with instructions not to mess up her double coat. . . it keeps her warm and cool, as most Pyr owners know. When I picked her up, she was happy and pyrfect. It's already hard enough, trying to find a Groomer, but I had heard it was hit or miss here with the service so I was already very hesitant. I feel that after this phone call I didn't feel very confident in making an appointment. Because there was no clear time that my dog was going to be done. I originally asked about a walk-in but would make an appointment if necessary. I didn't want my dog to be there all day. They just tried to say they had a different system, no direct answer for confidence/ or comfortable in making the appt. Which she never explained a different system, just sounds like they seem to take a ton of dogs in the morning and then just pump them out when you can get them done. So that's concerning if I'm going to make an appointment I would like my dog to be done at a certain time.
