Dr. Barbara was finally our celebrant at Middleton Place this past December and she created the most meaningful and beautiful wedding ceremony for us. She captured all the details of our life as a couple and weaved them together so seamlessly yet profound in how they were delivered. When we read the first draft of the ceremony prior to the wedding, she had me in tears! And she did the same to many of our guests on the day. Her process of creating the ceremony is very thorough and she was really communicative during the lead up to the big day. We really enjoyed meeting Dr. Barbara and having her play such a pivotal role in our special day.

As soon as we left our meeting, we knew we wanted to use them. Just talking to April and Jared was so easy, loved their work and their personality. As soon as we got home, we booked them and cancelled our other upcoming meetings with other photographers. They were a blast to work with. They were professional, on time, and easy going. They had no problem doing anything we requested, but of course had plenty of great suggestions for us. They also had no problem getting pictures when our family or guests requested one. The only tough thing was to wait 3 months to get our pictures! It was well worth being patient though, such great photographs to give us a memory of such a wonderful day. Book them both, the best in Charleston!

She was so kind, helpful, fair, honest and such a pleasure to work with! Since we were planning the wedding from out of state, we really valued her help, not only because she's amazing, but also because she is a local. We also felt that Pinnacle's prices were incredibly fair. There were never any hidden fees or extra charges. They were extremely professional and seriously made our dream wedding come true! Austin was our DJ and he took the time to talk to us on the phone and make sure he got to know us and that we would be happy. He was so great to work with and was extremely prepared and so very talented! We also love that professional mics and an amazing sound system and lights were included in the package. They far surpassed the other companies we had researched. They are professionals and truly know and care about their equipment and putting on the best possible party. We highly suggest you get the wedding planner and DJ both from Pinnacle! They are outstanding!!

Lee Edwards Entertainment was a complete disappointment and a frustrating experience from start to…read morefinish. From the beginning, it was clear that Lee operates as a "press play" DJ--if that's what you want, fine, but don't expect anything beyond that. We asked him to do a simple mix of two songs for our first dance so we could practice, and he said he "had to check his software" to see if he could do it. A DJ who can't mix two songs? Ridiculous. We ended up DIYing it ourselves with basic DJ software. Later, we decided to hire a legitimate DJ and requested a refund back in May for our September wedding. Lee gave endless excuses and delays, repeatedly asking for "a couple more weeks" over and over. Two months later, when I called one last time, his response was, "I'll see what I can do." If he can't deliver a basic service or refund money, it says everything you need to know about his business. We eventually recovered our funds via a bank chargeback, but Lee's handling of this process irreparably tarnished his reputation. Save yourself the headache--stay far, far away from Lee Edwards Entertainment unless you just want someone to press play on Spotify.
