Mr. Kang met me on the day that I was transported to court not being made aware of charges aware I was going until I arrived. He also spoke with me about the alleged assault no more than 45 minutes did not show me any evidence that was used against me and made me sign all of my rights away, including the right to appeal and the right to further inspect or copy discoverable items. I was also a ward of the state I was in custody of the department family protective services. He fell to notify them, even though I was being charged as an adult. I have a paper stating that I was a juvenile when it came to the waiver of discovery. I have reason to believe that this law office is complicit with the prison pipeline associated with the Texas juvenile justice department that was exposed in recent findings by the Department of Justice. They pushback I have received when trying to look into this case has been nothing short of disgusting and it is a vile mockery of the justice that Texas stands on.
