We love our realtor and trusted his recommendation of having Joe Cool Do the HVAC inspection. What impressed me was he got to the house, went straight to work, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, had a great personality! At the end of his inspection, he had pictures of each area he inspected and explained the good or the bad. He then said he would be sending a detailed report to the realtor and my daughter and finance explaining everything. The report was detailed with pictures and explanations! It was incredible! This is my first Yelp to ever do and I hope I am doing it correctly! To say I highly recommend Joe Cool is an understatement!
