I needed some shampoo and conditioner while visiting my parents and I was relying on Shoppers being open on Victoria day. The store was open but due to some stupid bi-law in Barrie, Shoppers could only have 7500 sq ft of retail space open. Instead of blocking off the electronics section (for example), they blocked off the make-up, shampoo and body wash sections! Thanks shoppers... I am sure cottagers will be happy to know they can pick up some games for their Wii in lieu of soap!

The pharmacy assistant was helpful and gave me an approximate time (20 min) for them to complete the task. This really helps especially if you've got other tasks to do instead of just waiting at the pharmacy area. I left to do my other errands and returned in 20 minutes. The pharmacist made sure my prescription was filled before I got there. Good customer service from all staff.

The current owner has endeavoured to make improvements in the whole system of filling prescriptions and dispensing medications in a timely manner. My husband and I suffer from chronic pain and so, a reliable drug store is essential for us. Several months ago, we almost went to a competitor for our prescription needs but decided to give the new owner of the pharmacy a chance to improve the service. We are glad we did because we are noticing a good effort on the pharmacy's part regarding our prescriptions getting filled much more promptly and without confusion or hassle. Keep up the good work!

I've heard pharmacist tell client and I quote "I can help you, but I don't want to". I've heard them talking to each other mocking a customer. They have short-changed my prescription. They don't answer their phone. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere where they give customers some respect. Will never go back.
