I think there is just an office around here but not the Store. Called the number and the nice lady told me 15 West Street, about 5 miles back into Rutland. See my photos. That's what you are looking for. The picture above looks like the Weston store. This one is in the armory building. Make left onto West and it's the armory building on the right. The way she talks down to people is very condescending and degrading. She is very argumentative and combative. She is short, probably in her 30s or 40s, has glasses, with brown shoulderlength hair. She should not be upfront checking customers out with this type of personality. She may be a good worker but should not be at the storefront representing the Vermont Country Store/Yankee Surplus with that type of attitude. She should be in the back room stocking shelves with no communication or interaction with customers.

I love that I didn't feel pressured to purchase! The mall is very bare...half if the stores are empty...but MAURICES IS OPEN!!! I highly recommend visiting these wonderful ladies and checking out the wide selection of fashionable clothing! The store was very very clean and very very organized. Her shop is HUGE, lots of different styles of clothing, shoes, purses, etc. I found so much stuff, I thought "oh, I'll never be able to afford all this". When she added up my purchases, I ended up paying less for a practically new wardrobe than I probably would have paid for the one coat I chose if I'd bought it new. And she is incredibly nice. She gave me her honest opinion about some of the clothing I tried on. It was like having a friend there helping me pick out clothes that looked good on me. I will definitely shop there again.

They had great quality women's clothing in a variety of styles and for many occasions. I bought some work-appropriate dresses, a blazer and more casual items, as well. They also had a lot of items to choose from that were on sale, which always makes me happy. The women working in both stores were also really helpful in finding things they thought I would like based on what I already had in the dressing room and also just seemed like overall NICE people that appreciated their customers.
