In terms of Stacy's service, she really helps on several fronts. I have relatively bad arthritis in my neck and shoulders, and I always leave feeling much better with the knots loosened and an overall sense of well-being. Often by the end of each session I'm starting to doze as I'm completely comfortable and at peace. Stacy is very polite, always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and really knows her trade well! As long as Stacy is here, I plan on being a customer. New Life Massage as a business in general is great as well. I've been to several studios over the years; while most studios are nice in their own way, New Life is especially a nice studio. It's clean, smells nice, is not cramped, and I can tell it is a popular place as I always see other patrons waiting for various services. On this front, I should note that New Life also offers yoga classes. All details aside, I highly recommend!

The instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable and make EVERYONE feel welcome, no matter their skill level. They do a wonderful job of helping their students through each class. When I couldn't do some of the poses, the instructor quickly offered bolster pillows and other tools to "bring the floor up to me" so that I could achieve the pose. I didn't feel singled out or embarrassed by the attention. The prices are affordable and seem to be very competitive with other studios. They also offer reiki and massage and I can't wait to try those services also.
