Update: I saw her again after my initial review on a Monday and no one was in the lobby. She shared the wait time was likely because I made my appointment on her "busy" days which she mentioned are typically Thursday's and weekends so I'll have to try it in the middle of the week consistently and update my review then. If you do go on her busy days make sure it's not cutting it close to an obligation you may have soon after because it's likely you won't make it on time. Overall I appreciate her work and kindness but again will have to try consistently go through the week to change my rating due to her time.
