He even let me take my cushions home and try them to make sure they were the correct firmness. When they turned out to be a little too firm I was able to take them back in and he made them a little softer for me. I think I was able to bring them home 2 or 3 times until they were the way that I wanted them... and I hadn't even paid him yet I'd only put a deposit down. He truly cares about his customers!!! oh my gosh!!!!! he does stuff everywhere....the only one who does coloration fixing work....the…read moreperson who posted the last comment was so off on this guy, and she was so stupid....yes, he is busy....and yes he does things all over, like for the furniture stores....duh....if this person from bettendorf never heard of him, it's because you don't realize not everyone gives out this guy's name.....he is wonderful, and I can't believe people don't realize you can't give out bids on the phone for leather work or things like that, you actually need to show up...this just shows the last person who made a comment about this person does not know the furniture market. If you have a tear in your leather or deep scratches from a dog, this is the guy to go to. He is the only one in the Quad Cities area that does the deep hard stuff to fix leather. He goes to the furniture stores and is very very busy. I used him and he was great. Just because you are a LOSER and made one phone call doesn't mean you should trash someone because you don't even know them. This guy is WONDERFUL!!!!!

Nice people who are also the owners / family, they do great work, and in my opinion their pricing…read morewas reasonable. I had them reupholster my headliner and sun visors in my Pontiac G8 with black Alcantara. I did the removal and reinstall, but they do offer that service as well. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! From what I saw there, they will upholster anything. Home, car, RV, boats.

Communication was horrible on site, great on the phone. They grabbed the wrong bottom seat cover…read more I tried to tell them, they ignored me 2 times, then said it won't be perfect... I'm like bc it's the wrong bottom cover.. still ignored me, so I just thanked them and left. Very strange interaction... they lost my seat cover busienss and my restaurant seating upholstery busienss for 3 locations... all bc they didn't think they made an error. The guy grabbed the rear bottom.seat cover and thought it was the front.

VERY pleased with the end result
