I found Dr. Mary Ann Jones after leaving my previous Gynecologists office because of their…read moreextremely rude staff. I have been in customer service my entire career and I pay extra attention to not only how I am treated, but how their staff is talking to and treating others in the office as well. The ladies at Prima Bella Women's Health are very compassionate, accommodating and always a pleasure to speak with. They remember you by name and always great you with a smile on their face. Dr. Jones, her two midwives and her staff go above and beyond to not only meet, but to exceed their client's expectations. I have had the best experience with their team and I am just beyond thrilled to be a patient at their practice.

Well I can't say that I am reviewing their skills at massage because when I arrived for my…read moreappointment which I booked over the phone the woman says to me "oh sorry we had you in our system but when we sent you a link to give us your information we did not get a response." Instead of the link being sent to me we see that they have my number down as a 313 area code instead of a 312 area code. Dumb mistake, but you don't compound the mistake by canceling the appointment. So I had been waiting all week for the massage because I had some pretty bad neck pain and so now I am sitting outside writing my review. The woman at the front is a rather young girl who did not know how to really handle the situation and all she says is "well I can book you for Saturday or Friday. Opps no, Saturday is filled sorry. What about a shorter massage on Friday?" I said, sorry and left. No offer to account for my wasted time or effort to be where I said I would be in advance, sorta blows my afternoon. Next time they should act like any other professional when they can't get the customer on the phone, keep the appointment and wait

Dr Bana is really committed to helping people with issues from jaw clenching and that is her passion. They also have great products too. Skin Medica, Epionce, etc.

One Star--Because Zero Isn't an Option…read more I've waited over a year to write this review--partly because I'm a hopeful person, and partly because I thought maybe things would improve. Spoiler alert: they didn't. When I first started coming here, I loved it. I saw both the chiropractor and the massage therapist regularly and thought I had found my healing oasis. The chiropractor was fantastic... until they left for greener pastures about a month in (and honestly, I can't blame them). Not long after, the clinic decided to stop accepting insurance for massage therapy. Annoying? Sure. Understandable? Possibly. But here's where things went completely off the rails. Suddenly, I started being scheduled for doctor's appointments--without being told. I'd show up expecting a quick adjustment, and they'd casually inform me I needed to see the doctor first. Surprise! If I had the time, maybe that wouldn't be so bad. But I don't carry around a spare 30-60 minutes like I carry lip balm. I asked them (politely!) to please notify me before scheduling anything else. They agreed. And then... they did it again. This time, I had to leave. I had things to do, like most humans with jobs. They nodded, said they understood. And then bam! a late cancellation fee showed up like an unexpected plot twist--except not the fun kind. The kind that hits your wallet. I tried calling. I left messages. I played phone tag with ghosts. No manager ever called me back. Six months later, they charged my card on file without warning. I disputed it with my health savings account, but the clinic claimed I canceled late--on an appointment I didn't even schedule. They created a mystery appointment and then charged me for not showing up to the mystery. Sherlock Holmes couldn't solve that one. Bottom line: I came here for wellness and left with a headache and a bill. If you value transparency, communication, and your bank account, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Everyone who works at the Chesterton location is fabulous. Very friendly and they make therapy fun!…read more It's the only place I've been that made therapy enjoyable. I was treated there in 2021-2022 for three different problems (neck pain, therapy after foot surgery, and a torn rotator cuff). They got rid of my pain and got me back to full range-of-motion for each of my three problems. In the past 4 years, I've been to 3 different physical therapy places in Chesterton, including ATI. I rate ATI a 10, whereas the other two places I'd give a 0 and a 5. The place I rated 0 actually injured me, so I then needed PT to fix the harm they'd caused. That was when I switched to ATI. I wish I'd gone to them instead of the place that injured me .
