The custom made cakes in the cooler looked even more delicious, but none of those were available for sale by the slice. The creativity of the cake designs were up most, very impressive. It's gourmet cake quality inside a little casita bakery! It's another reason why I enjoy visiting border towns. Sometimes you come across a hidden gem like El Dulce Pasteleria. Bakery staff was genuinely friendly & did a great job describing their baked creations. Cash & credit cards are accepted for purchases. Perhaps next time I'll try a slice of Tres Leches cake? Yum!!
