Within the first few seconds of the call she repeatedly mentioned concierge service, understood Barbara. But the practice is pulling as IN NETWORK, so I asked a question. You interrupted me over and over and I took 2 seconds to respond to an aggressive person, but before a full word came out she hung up, and I mean old school slammed the office phone. I called back and she again spoke over me and continued to NOT BE HELPFUL AND NOT BE COMPASSIONATE of patient in need of establishing care and hung up again. I was angry and I am pretty certain I said a bad word when she hung up again. When I called back a male answered, I explained the confusion and my experience. He said they are inundated with calls, that doesn't mean you can hang up on a potential patient, if I don't do med, I could do SPA...right? Also, maybe the word "sweetheart" was in kindness, but read the room, when your staff is hostile, using "sweetheart" could be taken incorrect from male to female. Perhaps he thought he could extort me for more money or maybe he does the old bait & switch on other people who are suffering from depression/suicidal ideation/dysphoria/OCD/ADHD and a host of other problems I dont care to list publicly, but the list goes on Anyway Im already checked in, Ive paid $200 and now he demands an extra $300. The ostensible excuse was "oh, youre a new patient because its been a while" but thats clearly BS. When he came out of the office, he glared at me, and I dont really feel like this guy has much desire for helping people. It was a cold, blank stare. I think hes a very typical money-grubber with a vacuous gaze who is willing to send people who are struggling with very serious mental issues back out onto the street if they dont fork out the money. The facility is clean, orderly, and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at front counter have always been nice to me. I have observed that they are nice to everyone. Prices are very reasonable. I usually pay with a credit card. Lobby wait times are short. I usually go on my lunch break from work and get back to the office in time. Appointments are easy to schedule by way of telephone. Communications are great: they send reminder texts, and email receipts. Location is easy to get to. All these things keep me as a happy returning patient!

They said not to come at all because I was late and they wouldn't be able to fit me in. They then charged me $100 as a no show. This is ridiculous because their policy clearly says you will be charged a late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. I was not going to be more than 15 minutes late but they told me not to come. I also just got an email that their new policy is $200 cancellation for some treatments.
