At the first visit, he told he would not do the surgery unless I did a peel because I would not be happy with the results. The cost was in the $12k range. A year later I went to him on Client Appreciation Day ( 11/23) and was told the same thing. $12K. I said I would do it. He said I needed to pay him $2k down right then to set up the appointment. Nothing was said about it being nonrefundable. That was on a Friday late afternoon. That night, I came to my senses, and called his office to cancel. I left a message. I called my credit card and put a stop on that charge. On that Monday, I was told the $2k was norefundable. I said I canceled within the hour, and they did not tell me this was a non refundable payment. His wife explained to me it was to go ahead with making the arrangements for the surgery. But, of course, no arrangements had been made. I told them I put a hold on the payment. My credit card sided with the Doctor so his wife said I could get $2k worth of fillers and botox so I agreed. After going through all of this, she said that she felt I wouldn't be happy with the work because I was upset. She offered me $900 and I took it and ran. I was told by many in the medical field to turn him into to the A.M.A. for an unethical behavior. I was so unhappy that I didn't do that. I just lost $1100 for absolutely no service. This is so unethical. Meantime, I saw a local cosmetic surgeon. I signed a quote. It was NOT non refundable. He did the procedure for $3200. No peel necessary. He was fantastic, and did not seem greedy and unethical like Dr. Bukachevsky Please do shop around for a cosmetic surgeon. I find Dr. Bukachevsky greedy and unethical. He also spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I would not recommend him!

The person was nice and knowledgeable and explained everything. After 1 session, I noticed results. I went back and another great session. I found out that this person was no longer working there but I still went back for another session. This new person changed the settings and told me to tell them how it is the next time. I didn't notice much results. Then I try to schedule another session and learned that they are only doing laser hair removal on Wednesdays. I couldn't go and had to pause. I eventually called and learned that they have someone full time. I scheduled an appt and went back. It was another new person. I guess she got double booked and was trying to rush me. She even started the laser session without giving me the goggles. Again, she messed with the settings. Not only that, but as I'm going to pay, I learned that the price doubled! I haven't returned since and will probably look to start a new experience elsewhere. Just sucks the money I wasted in this place. It's not cheap getting laser hair removal and some of us can't afford to throw a few hundred to get no results because of new staff or being double booked.
