Not only were her reviews amazing, but I've also been in the salon industry myself for over 20 years, so I know what to look for when it comes to real professionalism, attention to detail, and quality service. From the moment I walked into my appointment, Shannon made me feel completely at ease. She has a warm, easygoing personality that instantly melts the nerves. She explained everything, made me feel relaxed, and honestly--I was shocked at how comfortable the whole experience was. Her technique is excellent, her attention to detail is incredible (she didn't leave a single sugar residue behind!), and she even got the tiniest hairs without causing the usual pain I've come to expect in certain areas.
