I still do not understand how their system could accept my payment and issue a receipt but not show the office that my deposit had been paid. I also spent approximately 45 minutes trying to reach someone by phone, starting BEFORE my scheduled appointment, and could not get through to anyone. For someone who has been working on my health for years and is genuinely desperate for answers, this was incredibly upsetting. Dr. Goel did personally call me back. He was very nice, explained that my appointment apparently had not been confirmed and that his front desk staff likely was not there, and told me that he still wants to see me. I appreciated him reaching out personally, and I am still hopeful about working with him. I'm leaving this review because the deposit/payment issue and inability to reach anyone were a genuinely negative first experience. However, I'm cautiously optimistic after speaking with Dr. Goel, and I will update my review after I actually see him and can speak to the medical care itself.

He listened to my issues, answered any questions, and emphasized that no promises could be made as far as relief from pain and that it usually took about 2-3 visits. I decided to go ahead with the treatment and I then was placed into the treatment room. Needles were inserted by Dr. Dunn, insertion sites were slightly uncomfortable. A timer was then set for 20 minutes and afterwards removed by the office staff. After I had left , the pain intensified more so for me... Possibly this treatment for the type of pain I've been dealing with, did not meld. Not suited for my pain, but I'm sure for others, it's a God send. It was worth a try. They do check medical benefits for coverage.
