The Begbie Room is not to be confused with the 112 Restaurant also housed in the hotel. Everything was top quality. The buffet entrees included prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, salmon, chicken, and mushroom risotto. There was a nice, delectable spread of various starters as well as various dessert samplers. Overall, a very enjoyable, comfortable, and delicious buffet style dinner here. Kate, the lady manager here greeted us at the door, helped to attentively serve the group, generally stayed on top of things, and bid us farewell as we left. Kudos and thank you to her, the chef, and the staff for a memorable evening in Revelstoke!

Plenty of options, including variations of bacon, sausage eggs, as well as the typical bread products, fruit, cereals. They have an outdoor hot tub and heated pool. Like everywhere else the price has gone up. They offer a senior discount but it looks like it's like about $10... that's not much... a little bit misleading advertising on their signage outside. The main reason for giving it just two stars was the lack of proper cleaning we saw in the bathroom. There was some sort of deposit... mold?... In the corners of the bathtub rim. The bedding looked fine but this lack of attention to detail in the bathroom was disturbing.

The unit was clean, with all of the amenities we needed for a quick night away. Beds were comfortable and for veing right beside a main high and train tracks, was fairly quiet. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because the bedroom I was staying in, in unit 7, ibthibk had or has a leak in the roof someqhere. When it rained, the dripping from either a leak or just a lousy drain eaves, was awful. It was loud and didn't stop through the night. I don't think I actually slept from 2am until the rain stopped around 6am. However the actual sound of the rain on the roof was quite soothing. I did let the girl at the office know before we left so they could check for a leak. My only other criticism would be that there were no oven mitts or grippers l. We used a pan on the barbecue and had to find towels to take the pan off. Other than those minor issues, it's a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend.
