I informed her that her customer service skills were horrible and to finish cutting my hair so I could leave. I was so effective in my communication that she tried to give me my haircut at no charge. The rest of the stylists are fine but Tara needs to shut her mouth and open her ears. If she had she would have heard what I wanted done to my hair that she failed to do.

Really?! water was filled in coffer maker and I saw coffee was in a container though... Also no shampoo included... This hair salon was unusual for me because All of hair salon stores I have been they asked if I want drinks or serve yourself style with or without little treats.
