Because my mother has difficulty reading menus, the buffet was the deciding factor for me. That dog slipped its halter and attacked both the dog and my friend and another resi that tried to help. it cost $2100 to repair my dogs damage. Then in January of 2025 the daughter of a resident brought 3 dogs over to her mothers and those dogs attacked my dog and friend. This time my neighbor was severely injured. My dog was my service dog and the 2 attacks have changed her. She no longer monitors my blood sugar and alerts me when it falls dangerously low. She also is terrified of all dogs. She used to ignore other dogs anf was very confid.

The owner, Nucharee Yokdang, is very knowledgeable about running an assisted living/group home, including being able to help with all the necessary paperwork for long term care reimbursement and hospice. She knows just what the elderly need from a care perspective and is always looking for ways to improve their quality of life. The Holiday parties and other activities they do are wonderful for residents and family members. The whole staff treat their residents with such love, care, and respect, you can tell they view them as part of their own extended family. We were given short notice from the owners of home we were renting and were forced to find a new residence quickly. The Management at The View are awesome!! They made the transition so smooth for us. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. They really go out of their way to make you feel "at home" and "at ease". Our fellow tenants have also been gracious and our little rescue dog ha enjoyed making new doggie friend.We are also renting two of their on site garages to store all of our belongings that we packed for our upcoming move to Ohio this June when my husband retires. We have felt confident in the safety of our belongings and our two small dogs. The maintenance staff our just as wonderful! They are prompt in returning calls when I've had to request service and are also very professional and complete the work thoroughly. I've been in Reno for 17 years now and have lived in a few apartment complexes before meeting my husband. I have to say, The View has been the best apartment experience I've had here in Reno. The Staff are just so amazing to me and they brighten my day every time I'm the office either to pay my rent or to pick up a package or should I say on occasion several packages for our new home in Ohio.
