The online portal is straight-forward and easy to work. It only took be a minute to set one up. The salon is located on the side on Trader Joes, inside Sozo. I went with it, not thinking anything the quality would have changed much. The hair wash was fine, but she gave me a wet cut so I didn't notice the way she had cut. She also did a blowout with a curl so I didn't see the blunt, unblended layers. Again, I just asked for a very small trim; a "dusting" of the ends she called it. The stylist proceeded to take chunks out of my hair and shorten the length by 2+ inches at the bottom. The shortest layers are 1 inch above the rest of my hair; not blended. I am very disappointed and embarrassed as this is the worst haircut I have ever received. The haircut is reminiscent of a jellyfish; certainly not what I wanted. It's a good thing I can still pull my hair into a ponytail.

I paid over $3000 to this place to fix something that has always bothered me and she basically made it worse and more noticeable. The staff also upsold me on sleeping pills that were absolute garbage. The most unethical medical staff I have every encountered. They only care about what fills their pockets and not the client themselves. Go anywhere else but here. The worst med spa ever.
