    This company is perhaps one of the most deceptive entities I've ever had the displeasure of…read moreassociating with. Their entire staff is misleading and does not have any regard for customer satisfaction. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE! We purchased the Juno 3-piece sectional from Bob's Discount Furniture on 9/25. The sales associate informed us that one of the pieces was on back order for 3-4 months, but that he "guaranteed" it wouldn't take that long, as he mentioned it "usually" comes in within a month. He even mentioned "I don't get paid until you get your item", to reassure us. That information led us to purchase the sectional. A month in, I contacted our sales associate and he said "it's looking like January". Our sales associate informed us it would be in on the 28th of January. I called customer service twice to confirm that the item was going to arrive on the 28th. I received a text on the 27th saying the item was delayed 5-6 weeks. This is going on 5 months. The sales associate's response to this was "talk to management for your refund" and we never heard from him again. I then spoke with Anita in customer service who told me my best option was to "pick out another couch from Bob's and we'll offer free delivery". I wanted a full refund and her response was "Trust us, we didn't want this to happen". She then said, "You can also wait for the item. It says it will be in within 5-6 weeks, but I guarantee it's not going to take that long". This is the exact same thing our sales associate said. She then offered the refund and a return for 1/29. On 1/29, they gave me a delivery window of 12:45-3:45pm. At 4:30pm, the driver called and said he was waiting outside the billing address on my credit card, rather than the shipping address. They then said, the earliest we can pick up the couch is 2/3. I spoke to Stephen from resolutions and he says "If the address had been correct, none of this would have happened". The address on the form had the correct shipping address, but they used my billing address for no reason. My billing address hadn't changed because I just moved. This company is EXTREMELY deceptive. They continually blamed me for their problems.

I was hung up on, transferred about five times because my daughter's rail snapped WHEN SHE WAS SLEEPING. We've spend over a month back and forth with the insurance company only to get a $70 "credit" for a bed that was over $2,100!!! Then they tried to recharge us sales tax, stating sending another clearly defective item again. Save your time and aggravation and shop somewhere else, anywhere is better than here. I hope that within another month my autistic daughter won't be sleeping on the floor because of this awful company.
