I Googled portions of my resume that they made for me at Resumes by Tammy to see if mine was as original as they had promised me and to my surprise it was not. Here is just one example of what I found on Google. These key factors were on my cover letter that Resumes by Tammy made for me. If you Google it you will find several resumes that have these key factors word for word as well. "I attribute my success to several key factors: (1) a capacity for continued personal and professional growth (2) advanced interpersonal and analytical skills, (3) ability to find structural solutions to business problems" Blah.... I feel like a dummy paying $400 dollars for the resumes and cover letter. read more

I have had both a positive and negative experience with Resumes by Tammy. My first experience I worked with a good writer and within 2 months I had a few good offers. By the second time I recommended this to my best friend and they had new writers. First the writer was not profesional, a phone meeting was scheduled and they didn't call. Once we got the writer on phone she said turnaround would be 3 days after 4 days we called back and the writer was "off" didn't ask for help from other writers so we had to wait for her another 3 days. Then after the first draft was sooo awful we sent it back because it said nonsense -our guess she didn't even remember the conversation she had with my friend! After a second draft - she only corrected minor grammar mistakes and format I had to actually call Tammy's and complaint! I had given the recommendation and they did CRAPY work. They said they would have ANOTHER writer take over and send a 3rd draft. But the 3rd draft was the same writer! With same mistakes! we called and complaint but the owner said that she had looked at the resume and she felt it was OK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRASHING YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! I felt so bad for my best friend that spend like 250$ and had to do the whole thing himself and still have to deal with so UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! read more
