No qualms about that but after one week he told me they sent him the wrong sole and I should come back in a week. A week later I went back and he handed me my boots... with the wrong sole, not what I ordered. They were of a similar type so I didn't complain but on one of them the sole was glued on kind of crooked. So, pretty mediocre over all but at least I can wear them. On the second pair, a pair of Red Wings, Mike glued on the correct sole, perfectly centered, and they looked great. It wasn't until I put them on that I realized the boots had no shank and no midsole. No shank is no big deal. No midsole is completely unacceptable and rendered the boots twisty, floppy, unsupportive and useless. When I got home I sent them to an online YouTube cobbler to fix them and now they're perfect.

He looks at my bag from the outside and starts opening the stitch which I was nervous about but he told me not worry. He then puts another zipper on the track which he said is stronger and will prevent it breaking off again. He then finally opens the inside of the bag to start the stitch and noticed he can't see the spine of the zipper because I have a compartment overlapping it so he pokes holes and stitches through the material without even looking at the other side including the mesh portion which I did not want because I was nervous the mesh would tear if I used this pocket. He became upset and took the stitch out and then did a very sloppy job of a hand stitch - look at the pictures. I was upset and by this time he just wanted his money. By the time I got to my car, one of the stitches already fell out. I had to go to another repair shop which sewed it by a machine and was much more sturdy. I will never come back to this place again.

Back in May, I dropped off a shoe and a designer bag to be repaired. When I returned, only the shoe was done. The bag the main item I needed for a trip wasn't touched. I had to leave for my trip WITHOUT it, even though they had more than enough time to finish the work. Then the madness began. The owner kept calling me from July through October saying the bag was "ready," even though life was hectic and I couldn't pick it up right away. When I finally went in recently, they suddenly "couldn't find" my bag. I came back the next day, and the story changed again they claimed that if an item is there "too long," they donate it. Let me be VERY clear: You don't "donate" a Prada bag. You sell it. Their excuses were pathetic, their attitude was rude, and their accountability was ZERO. Instead of taking responsibility for losing (or selling!) my property, they basically shrugged and told me it wasn't their problem because I didn't pick it up fast enough even though they were the ones who failed to repair it on time in the first place. I had to call the police because the behavior was so shady, and honestly I regret not taking them to court. This place is a scam. They are careless with people's belongings, they lie without hesitation, and they clearly have no policies to protect customers' items. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE. I wouldn't let them fix a shoelace after this experience. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the loss. They will get their karma but in the meantime, let this review be your warning.
