Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

I've never had any type of cosmetic surgery, so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Rumalla and his team quickly put my fears to rest. Every visit he was patient, attentive, and answered all of my "off the wall" questions. Lol I never felt rushed or disregarded, ever. The day of surgery (for my mommy makeover) the team at Harris Methodist all told me how blessed I was and that in Dr. Rumalla's care I could expect nothing less than greatness! I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

My FMLA status prior to this clinic was for up to 5 times a month for illness and 5 times for Dr/ER visits, which was about to expire. This office agreed to those same times and added notes into the computer, noting that time length. I received the finished paperwork, which was for 1 day a month for illness and 1 day a month for Dr/ER visits. I called them and the manager was full of tihs because she said that's the maximum time they write for FMLA, without her knowing anything about my wife's ailments or medical history.. I believe that she thinks FMLA is paid time off, which is none of her business, and it's not. She just flat out lied and thinks everyone is stupid, and it didn't take long to realize that. She just made up policies and prices as she spoke. Very unprofessional and prejudice, in my opinion .They are definitely con artists and we will not be going back. Update: Went to another doctor and had my FMLA paperwork filled out correctly, no problems.

My scars are invisible, I feel great, I look great and I with each passing year and each person I meet who has undergone a mastectomy I am filled with more and more gratitude Dr. LeBlanc was did my reconstructive surgery. My dermatologist, gynecologist, etc have all commented on how incredible everything looks post-op, how quickly I healed, how clean & precise my stitches were, and my that my scaring is barely visible. This is not a surgery you want someone rushing. This is not a surgery where you want to be just another faceless woman going under the knife. After a mass of unusual tissue in my left breast at my annual mammogram I didn't want to wait for it to turn into cancer so my journey to a prophylactic double mastectomy began. After deciding Dr Anita Chow would be my surgeon she highly recommended I meet with Dr LeBlanc to discuss my all-in-one mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. YES, ALL IN ONE! That means my mastectomy and reconstruction were all done in one surgery, at the same time. Dr LeBlanc's office staff are helpful and nice, but I wouldn't say "warm". They are good at what they do and they keep her busy office running smooth. Every appointment leading up to surgery, post-op and all my follow up appointment with Dr LeBlanc were incredible! After surgery she came out and spent time talking with my husband, updating him and telling him how everything went. If this is a surgery you're considering or are nervous about, message me. I'd love to put your mind at ease with why Dr LeBlanc is different from other "mastectomy surgeons".
