I had micro-needling done on my face for large pores, acne scars and wrinkles. After just one treatment I can tell a tremendous difference! Especially a few days out. My first package that…read moreI purchased has been great, minus the part that I am heavily tattooed and I wasn't offered any sort of price deduction for the areas that obviously couldn't get lasered because of the tattoos. Let's just say I should have at least gotten half off my Brazilian extended. After seeing some results, I decided to get my legs done, which the technician/manager talked me into getting a WHOLE other package bc it was "a better deal" for me. (my fault on thinking she was actually trying to save me money)! After my FIRST treatment on my legs, she burned me. Bad! This was over a year ago and there are still dark circles all over my legs.. it looked as though an octopus had wrapped around my leg and left suction marks all over. After telling me that she needed pictures and needed to make an incident report, I never heard from the doctor touching base with how my burns were. I took pictures daily and sent them to her. After she was "let go" (way after the incident) the new technician had no idea of anything, there was nothing filed.. I understand that there are "risks" to having laser hair removal, but I Definitely wasnt told anything about having permanent damage!.. another incident, to add to the list, I had an appointment set up, and when I showed up she told me we would have to reschedule because their files were showing I hadn't made a payment in months!! Which I then went to my bank to get a print out of proof, so they wouldnt overcharge me some more. They never have the same staff and you will always be going through the awkward just meeting someone who is about to see you naked feeling when you go. I haven't went back since, and I still haven't heard anything from them. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be posting pictures

Mi experiencia fue increíblemente mala y escandalosa para cualquier lugar que se hace pasar por una clínica. La primera vez que quise hacerme el examen físico, me dijeron que no podía porque tenía el apellido de mi esposo en los documentos pero no en las identificaciones. Me dijeron que regresara con el certificado de matrimonio original. Aunque había perdido tiempo y gasolina, entendí su posición. Esta vez, sin embargo, me dijeron que no podía hacerme el examen NI SIQUIERA CON el certificado de matrimonio porque tenía que usar lo que estaba en mi licencia. Dijeron que solo tenía mi apellido de soltera en el certificado de matrimonio como si alguien en la historia de la humanidad se hubiera casado CON su nombre ya cambiado. La estupidez es simplemente asombrosa. Luego me dijeron que tendría que esperar el último decreto final del Dr. Uy sobre el asunto y que tendría que esperar una hora y media. Sin mencionar la actitud que tuvo la recepcionista durante el intercambio; debería haberme ido en ese momento. Cuando volví después de una hora y media, el buen doctor todavía no había regresado. La recepcionista tuvo la brillante idea de llamar al gerente, quien básicamente le dijo que podía tener mi nombre de casada en el papeleo. Uno se pregunta por qué no llamaron al gerente hace una hora y media, pero supongo que el sentido común no es algo que abunde en este establecimiento. Cuando todo estuvo dicho y hecho y había esperado cerca de 2 horas y 15 minutos, me llevaron y me pusieron en una habitación donde se realizarían mis análisis de laboratorio. Después de que me pincharan un total de 6 veces con 3 personas diferentes, todavía no había sangre. Decidí pedir un reembolso. Un día completo perdido cuando tuve que tomarme un día libre por motivos personales. No puede tener un personal que no esté bien informado, sea grosero E ineficiente. Como mínimo, elija dos de tres. Le recomendaría que, si esta no parece una experiencia que le gustaría tener, vaya a otro lugar. Ahorre tiempo y dinero.
