Although Dr. Parker has great bed-side mannors for patients, the actual care services lack across the board at his clinic level including: communications between its departments; follow-through & follow-up abilities to ensure their patients needs have been met in regards to medication refills, device/supply orders, and labs; AND his clinic lacks accountability when they fall short - if your patients or their caretaker is stating concerns, you would think as a new service they might try to correct the issues not continue getting worst. My mother is bed bound and Iris was suggested by the hospitals home health services. In the beginning it was promising to have an actual doctor come to attend to her wound & primary care needs. However, the inconsistencies were apparent after a month in the above mentioned areas. There are times it took MONTHS to get simple supplies or meds requested and I had to keep following up myself to get anything accomplished. Now they have a new CNA/CMA/PA Rasum, servicing my mother who could care less to bring supplies with him when doing wound care... no cleansing spray, no gauze, no BANDAGES! Even after leaving messages w the nurse staff to ask him to come prepared he came empty handed again last month while they knew supplies had not arrived due to their lack of communication with the 3rd party vendor. He is very matter of fact, no bed side manor, and did not want to hear my concerns. Atp I had enough because its been another 2 months without getting requested medication, supplies, or labs. AND as her primary care physician this clinic has shown no concern over my moms inr levels, her pegtube health or her pain levels. My point of this long review is, if you only need pop up service by all means use them... but you might be better off getting a regular primary care physician and a home health nurse... anything is better than this. READ THE LOW RATED REVIEWS FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING!

Even when (not if, because no one is perfect) they mess up, like by forgetting to call and let the clients know that there's someone new coming, they're humble enough to apologize and be genuine about it. They also compensate their clients for mistakes made that would effect them financially. If you are looking for an honest, fair and hard working set of individuals who will put mom first, I recommend giving Comfort Keepers a call.

I had a nice conversation with Sara who is a director for the Clarksville area. She and I scheduled an initial in home assessment in my father's Clarksville home. She did not call nor did she show for the assessment. I thought potentially I was incorrect in the scheduled date so I made to calls to her office only to find my father was nowhere on Sara's schedule, not no anyone's schedule, and no one could reach her on IM or her cell to see what was going on. Still no call, no show that day. Still no call from her or anyone there that day. Days have gone by and still no call from anyone with Senior Solutions. I don't know what their issue is but, I know that this is a great red flag to know they are a bad move. Do not even bother to call them, you will be disappointed and should not trust your loved one with this company. You should not give them a dime. I have not had much luck with other companies either in this area so it may be an epidemic. I hope this helps. Save your time and bypass this company.
