Very nice place across from the marina.
They have several catches of the day just as you walk in. Check them out.
Once you are seated they will bring out a plate of carrots, olives, cheese, bread, and a garbanzo dish. It is all pretty good.
Once we ate that all we had room left for was the oyster soup and a tuna salad. So the tuna salad is made with canned tuna. Just so you know.
Waiter was super friendly and told us the towns fishing history. Apparently the grandfather of the current restaurant owner was one of the big fisheries owners. They used to fish: tuna here as well as can it here. Now, not so much.
For dessert had puff pastry with chocolate sauce and ice cream. O
Definitely worth a stop. One of the better restaurants i have been in during my short Portugal stay. Once we paid the waiter brought us an almond liqueur. A nice way to finish off a nice meal. read more
