They have all the time in the world to sit down and talk over coffee, so I'm glad to see a take out shop so close to the Cathedral. With spring/summer and the hoards of tourists who want take out coffee on their way, this tiny spot is a diamond in the rough. With only 3 months under their belts in this cute 'hole in the wall', you'd be lucky to get more than 5 people standing inside; it's very intimate and staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. With careful precision, coffee is weighed out for the perfect cup, and with fair prices and great tasting coffee, Ratiños should stick around. Definitely check it out!

We went here more than once just to experience their changing menu of the day. You can't do wrong here. The food is great. The drinks are great. Our waiter seemed irritated that we there, never smiled, and disappeared for long periods. Because our waiter would disappear I reached down and grabbed a half full bottle of water from the day before to wash my food down and oh boy did he show up with a quickness to scold us for drinking water we did not purchase there. A pretty misleading advertise was explaining that if on the terrace we use wifi the day menu is 13 Eur instead 12, inside. In fact it is 13 outside. No big deal. In my broken spanglish I explained that we can decide how to eat. He become rude and did not accept. We took two day menus and my wife a salad. The other lady said that sh does not want to eat bur she wants a glass of wine. The nasty guy grabbed her fork and knife and took them away. She got a drop of pretty bed tasting wine on the bottom of her glass. The food came pretty quick. Salad was normal, but the meat was pretty chewy. The waiter was all the time pissed off and with "attitude".All over it was not at all a pleasant experience. Stay away from this restaurant even though prices might be attractive. You have plenty of choices and have not to be instructed how to eat your food by a nasty waiter.
