The food took an hour. I do not mind waiting for freshly cooked foot, but: Two out of four dishes were totally overcooked - my liver was the driest I ever had. The trout one of my guests had was delicious though, which, together with the location, avoided being rated one star. This was a business dinner. I asked for a receipt. The printer broke.
