No one style of BBQ will ever be above the other, overall. Each bring their own flavor to the table. That said, what I ate at the BBQ Connection was nothing short of amazing. The brisket with the baked beans and the macaroni and cheese... just the best I've had in a long, long time; and for this to be in Europe, is a gift. I have a few favorite places to eat in Germany. Yet for real American-made BBQ (literally, because Mr. Jamar is from the state of Georgia), I will only go there. One more thing. My lovely wife had the bacon cheeseburger and cut me a third of it. A very good burger with fresh ground beef, which was a very thick helping of awesome, by the way. So, if you want great American BBQ in Germany (and probably in Europe) I suggest Jamar's BBQ Connection. It's Fan-friggin'-tastic.
