The Miso soup is homemade, so it's completely something else compared to the other restaurants.
The chef, a true Japanese in love with Florence, is in the open kitchen, showing his art to everyone, making delicious specialties like the frittata and marinated anchovies.
Prices are really fair, wine is included in the 15 € menu, together with the soup and a plate of nigiri (sometimes if you get lucky it's mozzarella di bufala's nigiri day, try and see for yourself).
If you can, BOOK a table, it's quite always full and the place is as big as a mouse's nest.
