One kid dropped his small Lego set in the ground and while he picked up and reassembled his pieces on the floor the staff just walked around him. It was a nice moment. Portions are incredibly large. The tartlets appetizers are like chicken pot pie in a lighter pastry cup. Could be a whole meal. Two of us had the chicken breast which was nicely prepared, not at all dry and a nice crisp skin. My son had the wienerschnitzel and it tasted terrific. The restaurant is part of the hotel, it's connected to the lovely little gift shop. One of the things they have is homemade ice cream, ice cream bars, a lot of different pastry type desserts with ice cream and sorbet. The restaurant has dessert, but I really recommend going to the shop getting some of the ice cream bars they'll serve them to your table. Highly recommended.

The thing I will remember the most is the food came out extremely quickly and staff was excellent but do note we came during off-season. It has a cool more adult-like ambiance and multistory seating so they can seat a lot of guests. They also have a full bar so this is a nice place to go for a drink. French Onion soup: Tasted great and the portion size wasn't too large. My wife loved this and the plating was very cool with a piece of cheese bread balanced on the edge of the bowl. Caesar salad: With roasted chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan, bacon, Caesar dressing, vinaigrette & croutons. HUGE pieces of chicken and bacon, you will not be disappointed if you love protein. Ordered this to balance out the dinner and loved it. Kids Burger: Build-your-own burger with a grilled beef patty, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. I ordered this to not eat as much but it's the same size as an adult burger. Nice branded bun and tasted good, it is a big burger! KØBENHAVNERSTANG Cocktail: Råstoff Vanilla-Pineapple & Sprit. Very very light in alcohol, wanted something Danish and this was the only thing on the cocktail menu that seemed more local.

Business and quiet areas, comfortable chairs, many with outlets. Big windows out to the tarmac and airport area. Not a huge food buffet, but for breakfast has sausages and small premade omelets, together with light Danish foods. Very clean and fast service for entrance. During summer months probably not that busy, due to local vacation time. Elevator is available right behind the stairs.
