This is the best meal I have had in either Germany or Austria. The meal started with a appetizer of ham stuffed with a cheese and covered with herbs and served over an aged balsamic. The second course was a Hungarian soup which was filled with bites of tender meat, potatoes and other vegetables. This was followed by a salad of mixed greens and tomatoes which was a treat because good salads are hard to find here.
The Main course was a mixed grill for me and my father and my mother had a stuffed Zucchini platter served with a cream sauce. I tried hers first and I thought I made a mistake in my order because it was fantastic. Then my plate came and it was a combination of beef, pork and turkey served with grilled vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. It was served with a side of "pommes" and they could have saved those because everything else was so good.
Finally after eating everything on our plates except for the fries the dessert came. This was an ice cream dish served in the vain of a taramasu with chocolate and cinnamon and served with exotic fruits. This was the perfect finish to a fabulous meal! read more
