When we came to the restaurant there was no table available by the window so we sat in one of the tables in the middle and later before everything food comes in two tables were available and we asked if we can change our table to the ones by the table they said no. We love the ba bou chi fondue with meat and fish, all you can eat. This is a very innovative way to serve. They designed their own rechaud/pots so they can serve Bacchus, bourgignon and chinois all at the same time. Excellent meat and fish quality, lots of sides and sauces. Very friendly service. A bit pricey but worth it. The Restaurant is located in the Parkhotel on lake of Thun! Plenty of parking. We go there every time we are in town and bring our friends. read more
