I had ordered a tomato soup and spaghetti, so I had to wolf down the soup to get to the pasta while it was still warm. But everything turned out yummy and warm enough :-) The waiter was very apologetic and my whole table got complimentary espressos after the meal. Very sweet! The food is amazing, btw.
